Holton Lee comes alive with bird song in spring as Woodpeckers and Nuthatch jostle for airspace high in the tree tops and Dartford Warbler and Stonechat battle over spiky green gorse song posts.
For International Dawn Chorus Day Livability Holton Lee have partnered with local charity Birds of Poole Harbour to offer a bird song experience and workshop which allows you to get to grips with tricky bird songs whilst walking around the gorgeous Holton Lee estate.
With early May being an important time for breeding birds, there’ll be no shortage of songs to learn and birds to see.
