Explore the natural riches nestled within the urban conurbation of Poole Harbour with the return of our popular Poole town winter birding walks in partnership with Poole Museum. Poole Quay, Baiter and Poole Park are all incredibly important feeding grounds for a range of winter visitors including Kingfisher, Brent Geese, Red-breasted Merganser, Turnstone and more. Join our team for a guided tour to discover this lesser known side to Poole Town.

Booking essential to reserve your space. Please bring your own binoculars where possible. Meet us outside Poole Museum 10 minutes before the advertised walk time. Walk type is easy, flat ground for the majority of the route and fully accessible for motorised wheelchairs and trampers. Our team at Birds of Poole Harbour really enjoy running our free guided walks around Poole Town and the harbour. By making a donation to the charity you will help us to continue to run these free events. You can add a donation when you checkout or by visiting our donation page.
