By supporting Birds of Poole Harbour you are helping us to protect and interpret Poole Harbour’s rich and important birdlife. Donations help us to complete a variety of important practical projects, from monitoring populations, installing nest boxes and restoring natural habitats, to reintroducing the charismatic Osprey to the South Coast.

The impacts of our project work go beyond the harbour boundary; Poole is a sanctuary for many migratory birds, which means our protection affects both national and international populations. Alongside our project work, donations help us deliver free environmental outreach projects, that seek to promote the long-term protection of Poole Harbour, including our annual School Bird Boat initiative, a selection of guided walks and pop-up events, as well as our improving and enhancing our interactive HQ on Poole Quay.
