Please be aware that our gift vouchers are delivered via email and will be sent out immediately after purchase. If you wish to send the voucher on an alternative date, please use your own email to receive the voucher, which can be either forwarded to or printed for the recipient on your specified date.

In addition to Birds of Poole Harbour general terms and conditions, the following apply;

  • Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and are not event specific. 
  • Once vouchers have been redeemed, they cannot be refunded unless Birds of Poole Harbour have cancelled the event, in which case we will contact you.
  • The purchaser of the voucher is entitled to a 14-day ‘cooling off’ period.
  • Gift vouchers are digital and will be delivered via email. You will be provided with a code to redeem against online purchases from the Birds of Poole Harbour website.
  • Gift vouchers are redeemable online against all Birds of Poole Harbour organised events, courses, guided walks and cruises.
  • By supplying a giftees email address you are confirming that you have their permission for us to contact them with their voucher details. If you do not have their permission or would like to delay the delivery of the gift voucher email, please enter your own email address as the recipient to have it sent to you instead.
